What is InnoCrowd?

InnoCrowd
InnoCrowd is a pioneering initiative of the Vilanova i la Geltrú Polytechnic School of Engineering (EPSEVG) that redefines the relationship between academia and business.
Connecting companies and university talent
In a world in constant evolution, it is crucial to integrate professional reality with university learning. InnoCrowd responds to this need, proposing a crowdsourcing platform that connects the demands for knowledge and innovation of companies and entities in the territory with university talent. Through the collaboration of companies-students-professors, an environment conducive to:
Satisfy the knowledge and innovation needs
of companies, contributing to their growth and consolidation.
Create a learning and co-creation environment
that stimulates knowledge exchanges between different groups.
Promote the development
of technical and transversal skills of students from the beginning of their university career, providing a significant boost for their professional future.
Create university-business links
that are sustained over time and allow for continuous knowledge transfer.

how does it work?
So that students can work on the challenges within their training plan, these projects are inserted into specific subjects.
There are two options to participate:
- Based on proposals from teachers.
You can consult the thematic areas and challenge proposals that the teachers have published. In this case, you just need to select the one that best suits your interests and leave a request for interest. - Proposing a challenge of your own.
You can also propose a challenge from scratch, filling out the corresponding form and indicating your contact details. The teaching staff will then review the proposals received and select those that best suit their subjects.
From the project coordination we will contact you to specify details and resolve any doubts about the operation.
